Bane of Souls is now available as a Nook Book from Barnes
& Noble. It's also come out at the Apple store (rather weird seeing a
listing in iTunes, but there we are). So, if you prefer iBooks to eBooks or
would rather have a bit of Nookie, Bane of Souls is available.
Incidentally, I think there's just the Blio store (Baker
& Taylor) and Sony to go now (the latter takes a bit longer due to a
different system to most retailers).
